Buns in 30 Minutes

OK, so as you can see there is NO Vintage Friday this week. I ended up being in the barn more then I thought I was going to and so it didn't get done. So sorry! Next week it will be back but I thought I would give you a super easy bun recipe so you could try it out over the weekend. Buns in 30 minutes.
Here is what you will need.
3 1/2 cup warm water, 1 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup fast active yeast.
Mix that together with a hand mixer.
Let set 15 minutes.
Then add 3 eggs, 1 Tablespoon salt and mix that together.
Then add 10 1/2 cups of flour stir and then knead it about 5 minutes
Until it looks something like this.
Grease a cookie sheet and shape into rolls and let rise for 10 minutes.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes and then enjoy!
I hope you all have a great weekend see you back here next week.
