100 Mile Garage Sale 2016

With the barn sale and all of that going on I totally haven't had time to blog about the 100 mile garage sale. I talked 3 of my friends into going with me and we had a total blast!

Heather and I went last year but this was a first for Tonya and Stacey. Which we all decided it is a must every year!
Every little town had garage sales galore! And I loved seeing all of the little towns.
And the best part about the hunt is you NEVER know what you are going to find. I wish I could have taken this little number home. How fun would it be to camp in that??

You can find things you never knew existed hence the picture below. Ha!!
Or how about a whole box of combs...you know the ones we wore in the 80's! Yes!!
And if you need a pair of glasses you can always find those. :)
My Favorite sales on the 100 mile garage sale are the church sales. They are usually very organized and have yummy baked goods.  But the thing I love the most is the little ladies that run the sale they are SO sweet and I love to visit with them.
Here is just one of the many that we met along the way.

We had a great day we left at crack of dawn and arrived back home around 7pm. I will say this, that next year we will have to take a trailer because the bed of the truck was full within the first hour. So much amazing stuff! It was a great day and I'm so thankful we made such amazing memories. Can't wait for next year!
