Frozen Fruit Cups

In the heat of the summer we love to eat Frozen Fruit Salad. They are easy to make and so de-lish to eat! I thought I would share the recipe with you. Here are the ingredients.


6 oz. frozen Orange Juice (concentrate),1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon Real Lemon Juice. Whisk all of that together until the sugar is dissolved. 
  
 Then add 20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple, and 1-15 oz. can of diced peaches stir all together.
Here is an important step!! Slice 2 bananas and stir making sure to coat the bananas so that they don't turn brown.


Then add 6 oz. water and 10 Marachino Cherries. I like Marachino Cherries so I add more.

After mixing all the ingredients together divide into cups and freeze. These are so yummy on a hot summer day! We usually double the recipe so we have a bunch of them for a cool treat. Enjoy!
