I love modern technology a couple of my favorites is the dishwasher and the washing machine. I love how if you need to find out some information instead of lugging out a big set of encyclopedias (which I have done I AM that old). You can just hit a couple of keys on your laptop and there is the answer. I also love that when I'm crazy busy doing all of those Mommie things and look up at the clock and realize the kids will be home from school in 5 minutes I can go to the fridge and pull out cookies that take 8-10 minutes to cook. And if I throw away the evidence they might think I have slaved on them all afternoon. I LOVE modern technology especially when it comes in the form of a cookie and it might get me nominated for Mother of the year! 
Those look good! I've never tried them but they'd be handy to have on hand when I have nothing baked and have unexpected company.
