When we give a tour we always serve chocolate chip cookies because what goes better with a cold glass of milk!

Last week Tiana and I found a garage sale so of course we had to stop because my momma trained me well (and if any of you know my mother you totally will understand this statement!!). She found an easy bake oven and since it was only $1.00 it came home with us. Well, I didn't realize that, that would make our kitchen turn into a yummy bakery with Kenton and Tiana becoming the head bakers. We had cookies and cakes they were delish!!!!! And they even did a great job at cleaning up their mess. Because help me out moms don't you love when your kids are creative but then walk away expecting the maid (YOU) to clean it up. That drives me crazy!!! They did a great job!! YUM! YUM!
We had Kyler's ONE Birthday on Friday night. All the Aunts, Uncles and cousins were invited. Uncle Alan decided he wanted to make sure he got into the spirit of things :)
Aunt Jenny and Aunt Alicia came. Aunt Jenny got her the cutest little swimming suit and Aunt Alicia got her a little camera that made sounds that sounded like she was really taking pictures. She loved all her gifts.
Taryn loved helping her open gifts and cousin Payton enjoyed watching.
All of Dan's siblings got her a little trike she loved it!!!
Aunt Lorene always loves to kiss her face off and she is so good about letting her :)
Tiana is always such a good help with Kyler she is an awesome big sister!! Over all we had a great party and still sit back in awe that it has been a year since she was born. WOW time does fly!!!
We got a new used Semi last week for the farm just in time for wheat harvest. Our neighbor Conner came down to help Kenton check it out. I can only imagine what that conversation must have been like. Enjoy your weekend!
Caroline the one on the right was the one that interviewed me! She was a true southern Georgia Peach. In fact Tiana wants to know how she can get an accent like that!

Caroline even tried her hand at milking I guess if the video making job doesn't work out you can always come and work for us!! Our good friend Doug and Robyn on the left below were the ones that set the whole thing up. I hope I did you proud. Thanks for the not Typical day!! So, just remember when you get up and think its going to be a "normal" day hang on because you never know what life will throw at you. 
My baby brother is getting married at the end of summer and he asked Kenton to be a groomsman. Kenton is so excited and of course we had to go and get fitted for his tux. He looked so grow up and so handsome!! I can't wait to see him to see him all duded up!!

My Dad Gary you always have a way of making life fun and funny and yet teaching us to show Jesus in everything we do. I love you Daddy! (Kenton found a baby rabbit and they were all looking at it, it did live about 5 days Kenton took really good care of it but it couldn't hold on)
Pa Kettle (Dan's Dad) Thanks Delbert for always finding fun projects for the kids to do and for especially teaching Kenton all about wood work and how to make beautiful things! And all the kids know that Grandpa always has a yummy candy somewhere either in the house or in his pocket that they can always ask for. I'm so thankful for these men in mine and my children's lives we are truly blessed. I hope you all had a great day Love you all!

Kenton had to crawl into this tiny space to fix something I told him I would be freaking out in that tiny space I don't know if I could breathe he said "Oh mom you just get use to it!! No, I don't think so :)
My mom brought me up some shelves so that we could start our stock pile. I'm really starting to get addicted to couponing!! So if your in the neighbor and you need something, call me because I might just have it!!
Kenton, Tiana and Grandma went to the neighbors to pick their cherry tree and came home and made this yummy pie! Thanks Donya and Steve I'm so glad you don't like sour cherries!! :) Whats your favorite summer dessert? Have a great weekend!!
